Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

To start a return, contact us at support@slumbervac.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping address to mail your package to. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at support@slumbervac.com.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged item, you are eligible for a free replacement, but you must provide image proof of the damage.

Some items cannot be returned, including beauty and hygiene products (if used), custom or personalized items, sale and clearance items, and gift cards.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to request a return for the original item and, once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@slumbervac.com.
